The following are examples
of Trade Show Material Handling Agreements supplied by general contractors for moving
goods from a booth area to a dock or designated loading area after event close.
These forms instruct the contractor to release the freight to Airways Freight as
designated by an on-site authorized exhibiting company representative. If you do
not designate your carrier on this form and return it to the General Contractor’s
Service Desk before leaving the facility, your freight will potentially be given
to another carrier that may not follow your instructions, or will charge unexpectedly
high shipping fees. Forms are different for each contractor. Choose the MHA example
for the general contractor at the show you are attending as an exhibitor.
A standardized form
for the convenience of those tht prefer to print, complete, and fax shipping instructions
to Airways.
